Lot 654 from the Gold Coast Magic Millions Yearling Sale is a colt by So You Think from Bellwether. From one of the best families in the studbook, this colt's dam is the half-sister to Group One winner, Mirage Dancer, Group One placed Ironclad, and stakes performers Forge and Radiator.

Bellwether has already produced three winners, including Edited who is now a six-time winner, 2YO winner, Trois Valles and exciting 3YO colt Gates.

This colt's great-grand-dam, Hasili was a 2YO stakes winner in France, but her greatest achievements came off the race track. She produced ten foals, for seven winners, five of which were International Group One winners they being, Cacique, Champs Elysees, Banks Hill, Intercontinental, and Heat Haze. She became the first Northern Hemisphere broodmare to produce five Group One winners, all of which collected over a million dollars in prizemoney during their racing careers. As if this wasn't enough she was also the dam of Group One producing sire Dansili. We really could talk about this colt's female family all day long!

We can't brush over the fact he is by a superstar in So You Think who has continued to produce sensational gallopers year after year siring nine Group One winners, including Think It Over, Knights Order, Quick Thinker, Nimalee, and more. So You Think boasts a 67% winners-to-runners strike rate and has produced over eighty stakes performers.

A champion racehorse, So You Think competed at the highest echelon internationally throughout his career. Realising Champion status three times during his racing career, So You Think defeated seventy-five individual Group One winners. Unbeaten at his only start as a 2YO, So You Think then went on to win the time-honoured Group One W S Cox Plate at just his fifth race start. His second Cox Plate came at his tenth start. With an incredible race record, So You Think has been entered into the racing hall of fame on both sides of the Tasman.
