Will Clarken and Niki O'Shea head into Saturday's feature race at Morphettville, the Listed Lightning Stakes, with four runners as the stable chases a third-successive win in the event.
Beau Rossa and Extremely Lucky have delivered the goods in the past two years and both winners were booted home by Todd Pannell.
Unlike those two winners, who were geldings and hard in the market, this time around the stable representatives are all three-year-old fillies and at decent odds.
Pannell will take the mount on stable newcomer Sweetened, who was formerly prepared by the Lindsay Park team of Ben and JD Hayes.
"We have actually not been able to do a great deal with her since she joined our team," said Clarken.
"However, we were able to take her to Balaklava on Monday and got a strong gallop into her there.
Her work was nice and gave us an indication she is a filly with a bit of class.
"Boognish was part of that gallop at Balaklava on Monday too and we are hoping she can bounce back after what we felt was a plain effort first-up.
"She is a big filly and perhaps she didn't really appreciate racing on the tighter Parks circuit.
"Jacob Opperman we feel is a bonus engagement as he is a strong left-handed whip rider, which will assist with her racing pattern."
Clarken continued: "With Floral Oasis, this is potentially her last run before heading off to stud and it is more a throw at the stumps.
"Gate one is also not going to aid her chances, especially being the penultimate race of the day.
"The other filly, Sixteen Reasons, can certainly run a big race in an event where it appears they will go hard.
"She can chug along at a good cruising speed and will soak up the pressure and she is going to be strong late.
"Summing up, we are expecting Sweetened, Boognish and Sixteen Reasons all to be highly competitive in what is a good edition of the Lightning."
